Real Sociedad are preparing for Sunday's match against Rayo Vallecano with particular attention on the treatment room after their European tie against Olympique Lyon. The most positive news comes with Mikel Oyarzabal, who, in principle, should be available for the league fixture.

The txuri-urdin captain finished in pain after taking a knock to the back in the final action of the game, in an accidental collision with Unai Marrero. There is more caution surrounding Mamadou Sarr. The centre-back is carrying calf discomfort and is awaiting medical tests to determine the exact extent of the problem. The issue forced him to stay in the dressing room at half-time in the clash with Lyon, so his involvement against Rayo is not confirmed.
