Fantasy and Comunio: it's their turn in Matchday 12

Everything comes to those who wait, mate. Even a starting berth for that player who is only being kept afloat by his coach's faith and his manager's patience. Don't despair, friend. His smile will come soon enough.

The ball does not love him and it is not his fault. He tries, he looks for it, he makes himself available... but it looks like a textbook toxic relationship. Neither together nor apart, but never stopping trying.

Until one day... bang!!! Goal, assist, a brilliant performance and 12 big points in the bag. From passenger to star in 90 minutes. Football is a cruel game.

That is why, in this matchday, we are shining a light on those players who have spent weeks promising but not delivering, and even less so coming good. Because one of them is on the verge of waking up. Or at least that is what we want to believe... blindly.

Camello started the season like a rocket: two, four, six, seven goals... and then suddenly the fuel ran out! Four matchdays without finding the net and he is starting to need a GPS to get his bearings and locate the opposition goal. This week it is Anoeta, against Real Sociedad.

Let's see if the goalscorer returns and the rocket takes off again!

Toni Martinez is becoming the subject of study: zero goals, zero assists and playing practically everything. A full-blown X-file in boots. And that despite last season, when he was an absolute battering ram in the closing stretch. Bring back the Toni we know, the one who presses and unsettles the opposition defence, and please let him score again!

It is about time for the good man Sancet. Between blanks, the odd -1 and injuries, his season has been more of a test of patience than anything else. Just one goal so far is a poor return for the Navarrese midfielder, who this matchday heads back to his homeland to face Osasuna. He looks set to start, he is usually on penalties... will Sancet serve up another flat outing??? Watch out, because it is about time...

D. Antonio de Triana, once a nightmare for opposition defences with his dribbles, impossible feints and little curled finishes into the far corner, seems to have left his magic at home. Zero goals and zero assists in 11 matchdays.

There are doubts over his place in the starting XI this matchday after he started in the Champions League against Borussia. But what if he comes on for a bit and causes havoc? Go on, Antonio, bring the magic back!
