The RC Deportivo de La Coruña have recovered one of their main attacking references for the visit of the Navarrese side to Riazor, scheduled for this Monday at 21:00. Aubameyang has been cleared by the medical team after undergoing surgery on September 24 and is included in Antonio Hidalgo's squad.

His recovery has progressed faster than expected. Although the initial timelines pointed to an absence of between six and eight weeks and his return was expected after the international break, the forward has managed to rejoin the competitive rhythm earlier.

Over the past week, he began working alongside his teammates and, after responding positively to the increase in physical workload, he is already training normally.

Antonio Hidalgo himself had explained ahead of time that the player's availability would depend on how he felt. The coach had no intention of rushing his return, but the progress made by the Gabonese player has ultimately allowed him to be included in the list.

Aubameyang returns with five goals and two assists to his name, figures that reflect his contribution to Deportivo's attack. His inclusion in the squad does not guarantee he will play against Osasuna, as Hidalgo still has to decide whether to bring him on during the match or manage his return to competition.
