The 3 main doubts in Elche's starting XI

The goalkeeper position is not a sure thing. Matías Dituro is the frontrunner to defend the goal for Elche in next Monday's league debut, a match in which the franjiverde side will look to kick off the campaign with their first points.

In defence, Germán Valera is set to play on the left, while Victor Chust and Affengruber appear as fixed options in the centre. On the right, Buba Sangaré is emerging as the main candidate.

Three areas of doubt in the starting XI

The first question mark is in the central area of the back line. Fede Redondo is one of the alternatives Anselmi is considering, although Bigas also still has options to make the starting lineup. That choice would complete the defence alongside Chust and Affengruber.
