The Barcelona took all three points from the Metropolitano (1-2) thanks to a brilliant display from Fermín López. Julián Álvarez spurned some big chances and Raphinha surprised with a subdued performance in a match from which far more was expected of the Brazilian.

The Atlético de Madrid and Barcelona produced one of the standout clashes of LaLiga matchday 12. The hosts struck first through a goal from Giuliano Simeone, but the Blaugrana managed to turn the game around thanks to a brace from Fermín López.

We look back at the three key figures from the match in our "The Good, the Bad and the Surprise"section, with particular attention on their performances and the feeling they leave for fantasy managers.

The Barcelona midfielder was the star of the show and the main architect of Barcelona's comeback. Fermín stepped up when his side needed him most and scored both goals that ultimately decided the match.

The first came just before half-time, restoring parity, while the second, in the 66th minute, ended up sealing victory for Hansi Flick's side.

Beyond the goals, Fermín once again showed his huge ability to arrive from deep, read the spaces and get into scoring positions.

A superb performance and a real boost for the fantasy managers who backed him. The academy graduate continues to show he has plenty to offer Barcelona and could become one of the most interesting midfielders in the league.

The Argentine striker had the chance to change the course of the game, but this time he lacked the sharpness that usually defines him.

Julián Álvarez had some very clear chances that he failed to convert, letting important opportunities slip for an Atlético side that needed to make the most of its openings against such a demanding opponent. Although he was involved in Giuliano Simeone's goal, his display left the feeling that he could have offered far more, especially in the final third.

From a fantasy point of view, it was a disappointment for those who expect goals and decisive performances from Julián in the big games. His quality is beyond doubt, but today he was not at his best in front of goal.

Not all surprises have to be positive, and Raphinha was one of the unexpected talking points of the match because of his subdued display.

The Brazilian, usually one of Barcelona's most influential players, was rather flat for much of the game. We barely saw that electric, direct and decisive version that has brought so much joy to Barça fans and fantasy managers alike.

He struggled to find space, create danger and take on the attacking responsibility that usually defines him. While Fermín carried the team, Raphinha remained well below his best.

A negative surprise given the huge expectations he creates every week. It does not change our faith in his quality or his fantasy potential, but it does show that even the most reliable players can have an off day.
