The Getafe midfielder sent Sevilla crashing in stoppage time, when the Seville side were already playing with ten men after a childish red card for Manu Bueno. The Belgian international made the most of an assist from his teammate Andrés García to blast Vlachodimos with a sensational right-footed strike. He had come on in the 46th minute, replacing Francho, and in the 94th sealed the game for the Madrid club. What is more, the goal has a special taste, as it represents his first LaLiga goal in the blue shirt.

The Nigerian forward of Valencia made the most of a sensational assist from Danjuma to, with plenty of composure, beat the Elche goalkeeper and secure victory for the Che side in a thrilling derby in the Valencian Community. He had come on in the 61st minute, replacing Maffeo, and just eight minutes later decided the match with a superb goal. It is his second LaLiga goal, after the one he scored on Matchday 3 against Deportivo de La Coruña. Without a doubt, he was the big substitute the team coached by Javier Aguirre needed, showing that you can also win games by coming on from the bench.

The word substitute is too small when we talk about the Deportivo de La Coruña winger. Used to spending much of his career coming on in the second halves and performing even better as a substitute than as a starter, yesterday he once again showed why the Galician club bet on his signing.

He had come on in the 56th minute and, from then on, he ran riot through the red-and-white back line, hammering them again and again with his forays down the flank and getting past every opponent who came his way.

The victory for his team was born precisely from one of those individual moments. Up to three defenders tried to stop his run, but Adama managed to pick out a cross that Aubameyang headed home. Sergio Herrera responded with a great full-stretch save, although the rebound ended up at the feet of Nsongo, who finished into an empty net to complete the comeback and give the Deportivo three hugely important points.

Without a doubt, Adama was the big substitute his team needed to overturn the initial 0-1. His introduction completely changed the course of the match and more than fulfilled his job, once again proving that you do not have to be a starter to become the star of a game.
