Osasuna - Athletic Club
Fecha del partido: 07/11-18:30
CA Osasuna
Another defeat for the red-and-whites, this time in A Coruna against Deportivo, 2-1. Once again, Ante Budimir's goal was not enough to prevent the Galician side's comeback and a second straight defeat arrived in the new Arrasate era. The Navarrese side can no longer afford any more slip-ups and in this match at El Sadar on matchday 12 they cannot afford to leave any more points off the board.
For the game against Athletic Club, Romain del Castillo is a doubt and it looks as though Oroz and Herrando will not make it. The goalkeeping situation remains unclear. Sergio Herrera has returned to the picture and it is not known who will start this weekend. Will Aitor come back in? In the holding role, there is the eternal doubt between Iker Munoz and Lucas Torro. Raul Moro could come in on one of the flanks for Dubasin or Ruben Garcia.

Athletic Club
Athletic Club visit El Sadar in another league fixture. After the win in the derby against Real Sociedad, added to the one secured previously against Getafe, things are looking much calmer around the Bilbao estuary.
Those two consecutive victories have lifted the red-and-whites into the upper reaches of the table, where they will be hoping to stay. To do that, picking up points in such a difficult ground as Osasuna's seems essential.
For the clash, the Bilbao coach, Edin Terzic, will be without Maroan Sannadi, who was injured in the early stages of the match against Real Sociedad after a challenge from defender Sarr that the referee did not punish as a foul. That absence creates a problem up front for the red-and-whites, as Gorka Guruzeta will also not play again this season because of his knee injury.
Even so, the positive note for the team came from Oihan Sancet in the last league match. The midfielder returned to action after recovering from a muscle injury, played several minutes and could even be in the starting XI in Pamplona.
A match of great intensity and commitment is expected from both teams, and the side that is more clinical in front of goal will probably take the win. In recent seasons, Osasuna have been Athletic's bogey team at San Mames, but in Pamplona the roles usually reverse and the red-and-whites are confident of getting a positive result.
