The verdiblanco squad will depart this Wednesday from San Pablo airport for Spain's capital, where they will play their first cup match of the season. The game will be held at 21:00 in the Santo Domingo stadium, in Alcorcón, with the unexpected absence of the Brazilian forward.

The Chilean coach will also be unable to call on Facundo Bernal, suspended, or Cucho Hernández, injured. Junior Firpo is added to these absences, as he is already working again with the rest of his teammates, although he is still not ready to return to a squad.

Ian Forns, Betis Deportivo's left-back, is also not included in the list. The one who is part of the 23 selected is Iker Losada, despite the fact that he has not yet played any official minutes this season.
