Unai Gómez has attracted interest from Udinese, although his priority remains far from Italy. The Athletic midfielder is heading into the summer with the intention of continuing at San Mamés and earning a place in the plans of Edin Terzic, who will begin pre-season training at Lezama on 6 July.

As Onda Vasca reported and AS has confirmed, Udinese have made a proposal to find out the player's situation, although the positions are still far from allowing a deal. At 23 years old, Unai Gómez maintains a strong link with the Athletic. The Bermeo player is under contract until June 2028 and his goal is to establish himself definitively in the first team. The arrival of Terzic represents a new opportunity to show that he can play an important role in the squad.

The German coach particularly values the midfielder's physical output, a quality that has also caught the eye of Udinese. However, in Bilbao they have him down to kick off the summer preparations and do not expect an easy exit during this window.
