Nico Williams requested a substitution in the 36th minute. In the 35th minute, he dropped to the turf of San Mamés and quickly, from the look on his face, it was clear that the substitution was imminent.

He has been dragging pubalgia problems all season and given the area he was complaining about, it seems that the discomfort has returned.

This year has been very disappointing for the younger of the Williams, who has missed 10 full league games, plus others he has played partially because he was returning from injury or being protected.

Now, with the call-up for the World Cup just around the corner, let’s hope the injury he may have is just a precautionary substitution to prevent worse problems.

From a Fantasy perspective, with 3 matches left to finish the league and the midweek round approaching, he is a clear sell.
