Bryan Zaragoza did not return after halftime and gave way to Hugo Álvarez. The winger felt discomfort in the hamstring, a problem that worsened during the first half and forced the change at halftime. Later, in the 66th minute, Borja Iglesias gave way to Jutglà after feeling the effects of the bruise suffered in Sant Andreu; as explained by the coach, the area was already inflamed and both his participation at the Bernabéu and in this European commitment was an exercise in resilience.

Giráldez confirmed after the match that both players are dealing with physical issues and are doubtful for Sunday's match against Athletic Club, on matchday 16 of the League.
