Eintracht move for Buba Sangare
Eintracht Frankfurt have already made contact with Buba Sangare's camp. Elche are protecting one of their biggest long-term bets.

DFBuba Sangare has attracted the interest of Eintracht Frankfurt, who have already made initial contact with the Elche right-back's camp. The information, first reported by Matteo Moretto, places the young defender on the radar of a German club looking for talent with room to grow.
At 19, Sangare is one of the players with the highest potential in the Franjiverde squad. His progress has been rapid and the Elche club have already made a significant effort to secure his rights.
A 4.5 million euro investment
Elche brought in Sangare in the winter transfer window last season. He arrived on loan from Roma to fill the gap left by Alvaro Nunez and strengthen the right-back position. During that second half of the campaign he made 12 appearances under Eder Sarabia and gradually became more important.
His performances convinced the sporting department, which in June activated the purchase option agreed with the Italian side for 4.5 million euros. It was a major investment for such a young player, but one that fitted the strategy of bringing in players with the potential to increase their value.
Anselmi is backing him too
This season, the full-back continues to get minutes in the first team. Anselmi is giving him continuity on the right flank and he already has ten official appearances and has opened his account in front of goal, another sign of his ability to contribute in the opposition half.
His age, range and attacking potential explain why clubs in other leagues are starting to track his progress. Eintracht have been among the first to make a move, although the contacts are still at an early stage.
Elche are back in the market
The possible departure of Sangare also fits a recent trend at the Franjiverde club. Elche have managed to generate significant profits from young players. The most recent examples are Rodrigo Mendoza, sold for 16 million euros, and Alvaro Rodriguez, whose deal reached 25 million after just one season at the Martinez Valero.
For now, the German club have shown interest and made initial contact. It remains to be seen whether they decide to take the next step and how much they would be willing to put on the table for one of Elche's long-term bets.
