Rayo Vallecano - Elche
Match date: 24/10-14:00
Rayo Vallecano
Despite the importance of the match, attention is not focused on the sporting side. According to several media outlets, the pre-match build-up is crucial and players and fans could make a series of decisions such as not playing the first minute, throwing more than 5,000 season-ticket copies with Presa's face and nearly 10,000 balls for taking, or invading the pitch from the sides if it comes to that.

A cause understood and justified by both their own supporters and rivals, but which could end up testing LaLiga's patience.
Now, on the sporting front, Beñat will field a recognizable XI with Balliu able to repeat in the starting lineup. Batalla, Luiz Felipe and Nteka are out, while Ratiu is a doubt until the very last moment.

Elche C.F.
Elche travel to Vallecas after stringing together two goalless draws against Celta and Villarreal, showing a notable improvement defensively. Martín Anselmi's side will look to build on this solidity against a Rayo that arrives with some physical doubts and amid a conflict between its supporters and the club's board, which could even lead to interruptions during the match.
The main absence for the franjiverde side will be Marc Aguado, who suffered a ligament injury in his ankle against Villarreal and will be sidelined for several weeks. His absence opens the door for Federico Redondo to return to the starting XI alongside Chust, allowing Javi Morcillo to move up into midfield. Buba Sangaré starts with an advantage over Rubén Sánchez to hold down the defense, while Roy Revivo looks set to be a starter again.
In attack, Germán Valera and Thomas Lemar appear to have their places secured, while Lucas Cepeda gains ground against Tete Morente and Buonanotte. The main uncertainty will be up front, where Fer Niño will look to win back a starting spot after the decision to start Abiel Osorio in the last matchday. Anselmi could keep his usual tactical flexibility, alternating a back four and a back five depending on the needs of the game.
Possible XI: Dituro; Buba Sangaré, Chust, Federico Redondo, Roy Revivo; Javi Morcillo, Gonzalo Villar, Lemar; Lucas Cepeda, Fer Niño and Germán Valera.
