After Aubameyang's injury, Zakaria Eddahchouri's setback arrives
The Deportivo are once again dealing with a problem in the treatment room. Zakaria Eddahchouri will have to undergo surgery on his wrist after injuring himself during Thursday's training session in Abegondo, becoming the third player from the team to be sidelined with an injury in just a week.

The training session left Antonio Hidalgo with another absence. The Dutch forward suffered a wrist problem and, after being examined by the club's medical services, it was determined that he will have to go under the knife.

DLEddahchouri's setback adds to the problems for the Deportivo, who already have Marc Casadó and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang out of the squad. Both have recently undergone surgery: the first for a collarbone fracture and the second for a meniscus injury.
Antonio Hidalgo therefore loses three key players from his squad ahead of the upcoming fixtures. In Zakaria's case, the recovery period will be several weeks, although the timeline will depend on how his wrist responds after the operation.
The Deportivo treatment room also brings some good news. Noé Carrillo is already in the final stretch of his recovery and is aiming to be available for Antonio Hidalgo once the international break ends.
