One of the big new developments the outlet from Andalusia's capital is talking about is Carmona. The defender has not started in any match to date and has only played against the Athletic club de Bilbao and the RCD Espanyol. The academy player's inclusion would allow Kike Salas to be rested, who is a doubt with an ankle contusion. The second is Alfon. The winger has recovered from his injury and his return after his loan spell at Villarreal was celebrated in the club. Meanwhile, for Desmarque, in midfield there will be three players, meaning Kochorashvili would regain his starting spot and partner Agoumé and Fofana, both untouchable. With a match of that magnitude, Sevilla need to strengthen the midfield. The most logical thing would be to see Agoumé, Fofana and, as the link player, Kochorashvili. Miguel Sierra has no challenger, so he is getting minutes on the pitch, and Correia has full confidence from García Plaza. Up front, Robbie Ure. The Scot has a great opportunity to reclaim the place that seemed to be slipping away from the Frenchman Lucas Stassin. For Mundo Deportivo, Kike Salas will start. A risky bet, but feasible given the importance and weight of the "17" in the game.

Kike Salas will do everything possible to be ready, but they also do not want to take unnecessary risks with the Morón de la Frontera player. The recovery of Sangante could be key. The Senegalese had plenty of involvement up until the injury, and there is no doubt about the level he can deliver. If there is a player capable of taking Kike's place, it is him, even if he has lost a bit of match sharpness. 

As the closest figure to Sevilla's attack, MARCA goes for Guridi. The former Alavés man has played in every match and his contribution to the team is more than notable. His experience and know-how in this kind of game could also be a plus in choosing him over "Kocho".

AS makes its call: Kike Salas will be in defence

The chance to make a big statement by beating FC Barcelona could be what finally decides that the centre-back starts. Despite his youth, his character and commitment on the pitch are up there with very few, and he is becoming the boss of Sevilla's back line. There are many reasons why, if he has even the slightest option to play, he will; it's a footballing appointment that invites that. His inclusion in the squad means the first step has been taken. For AS, Guridi wins the one-on-one with Kochorashvili despite the Georgian having started against the Deportivo and being substituted, precisely, by the former Alavés man.

Vlachodimos, Juan Iglesias, Castrín and Suazo will be there, no question. Comuniate is not blind to the quality and importance of Kike Salas, but you also cannot overlook that the potential and directness of the blaugrana club can only be countered with a solid defence and full physical readiness. Full physical readiness, which at the moment is closer to Sangante. For midfield, and unlike the rest, the choice is Kochorashvili, Agoumé... and Guridi. With the latter being the one who could most easily drop out of the XI and leave his spot to Fofana. As attacking players, Miguel Sierra and Félix Correia would take the flanks and Robbie Ure would be at the centre of the attack. But watch out, because Julio Díaz has options to be the one who takes Correia 's place on the left wing.
