Flick's biggest individual praise was for Raphinha. "When Raphinha is in form, he is one of the best players in the world". A statement that further underlines his importance within the squad. While no player seems completely immune to rotations, Raphinha still remains one of the coach's most trusted attacking assets.

Rodri, Pedri and Gavi raise the competition in midfield

Flick also highlighted the improvement in the squad in the middle of the park. The coach especially pointed to the arrival of Rodri, alongside players such as Pedri and Gavi. This depth increases Barcelona's tactical options, but it also means more competition for minutes among the midfielders.

Flick also talked about Hamza, who has had limited involvement recently. The coach believes he offers a different profile and stressed that his continued presence at the club is a positive decision.
