Abde misses out before facing Real Madrid and Ceballos gains options at Betis

The Real Betis have already completed their final session before taking on Real Madrid this Friday. The team led by Manuel Pellegrini worked through several pending issues ahead of the squad announcement.

The main negative development was the absence of Ez Abde. The Moroccan winger did not train with his teammates due to a viral illness, with just a day left before the Madrid side's visit to the verdiblanco stadium.

Ceballos completes another session with the group

The positive note once again came with Dani Ceballos. The midfielder completed his second consecutive day of training with the rest of the squad, after his signing with Betis was made official last Tuesday.

His participation in the session opens up the possibility that he could be included in the squad for the clash against Real Madrid. Even so, it will be necessary to wait for Manuel Pellegrini's comments to confirm the Chilean coach's plans for his new player.
