Carlos Martín leaves Atlético for Hajduk Split until the end of the season

The Atlético de Madrid have officially confirmed the departure of Carlos Martín, who will play on loan at the Hajduk Split until the current season comes to an end. The agreement between the two clubs will allow the Madrid forward to continue his development in Croatian football.

A career linked to Atlético

Carlos Martín has been part of the Atlético de Madrid Academy since 2008 and has worked his way through much of the club's youth ranks. His progress led him to reach the first team, making his debut in 2021 in a match against Osasuna.

Since then, the attacker has played nine official matches for the rojiblanco side. Now he will take on a new professional challenge with Hajduk Split, where he will remain on loan for the rest of the campaign.

The loan will allow Carlos Martín to keep developing as a footballer and gain experience in a new competition before returning to Atlético de Madrid.
