A prestigious home win against a Champions rival like Villarreal. The babazorros remain unbeaten and are set to play again at Mendizorroza, this time against Osasuna, whom they have not beaten at home in the last three seasons in LaLiga. The Navarre side doesn't suit the blue-and-white team, to which we must add two important absences confirmed this very week.

Quique will not be able to count on Toni Martínez (likely out until the international break) nor with Mikel Rodríguez, injured during this Thursday's training session with his knee, so we'll have to see how serious it is. This, together with the squad being on the short side, gives us a pretty clear XI with the main doubt being Mañas or Mariano, because we don't know whether the latter is fit to start, despite his good performances (all as a substitute).

CA Osasuna

Matchday 4 of the league for the fifth-placed team in the standings. Osasuna come into the game after winning their last two matches out of three (at Celta away 1-2 and against Getafe at home 1-0). They now have to travel to a tough venue like Mendizorroza. The truth is that against Getafe, Ramis's men have already lost two important pieces along the way: Herrando and Aimar Oroz. Both look set to be out for the match against Deportivo Alavés. They could give the chance in the XI to Boyomo and Dubasin or Raúl García del Haro in the starting lineup, with Rubén García covering for Aimar.

The rest of the positions seem less doubtful, so keep an eye on the squad list and the possible debut of the newly signed Romain del Castillo.
