Adrià Pedrosa will play on loan at Rayo Vallecano until 2027
Adrià Pedrosa changes destination in LaLiga. The left-back from Sevilla FC will continue the 2026-2027 season at Rayo Vallecano following the agreement reached between the two clubs for his loan.
Rayo Vallecano
The move takes the Catalan defender to Vallecas, where the Madrid club adds a specific option for the left flank. Pedrosa arrives after the departure of Pep Chavarría, who has left the franjirrojo club this summer transfer window to sign for the Chelsea.
The agreement between the Sevilla FC and the Rayo Vallecano sets a loan until June 2027. The deal does not include a purchase option, so the player will have to return to the Seville side at the end of the season unless the parties agree on another formula later on.
No purchase option included in the loan
Pedrosa, aged 28, arrived at Sevilla in the summer of 2023 from the RCD Espanyol. Since then, he has taken part in 75 official matches with the Andalusian club, with a record of three goals and five assists.
His impact in the Sevilla squad dropped noticeably in the 2025-2026 campaign. In that season, he played just one game, against the Getafe, after having had more involvement in the previous two seasons.
The full-back has already experienced a recent loan spell at the Elche CF, where he again built up minutes. There, he featured in 30 matches, scored once and provided two assists.
Pedrosa now begins a new chapter in LaLiga under Rayo's orders, with the aim of earning continuity and settling in the franjirrojo side.
