Madi Kamara has become one of the standout names in the transfer market, because the Guinean midfielder, one of the key pieces of the PAOK over the past few seasons, is available for sale after rejecting the contract renewal offer put forward by the Greek club.

The player's decision has completely changed the landscape. The PAOK has chosen to open the door to his exit to prevent his contract from running down to the end without the club securing any financial benefit from his transfer, and that has sparked interest from several teams looking to strengthen their midfield with an established player.

Among the clubs that have already enquired about his situation are Getafe and Rayo Vallecano, who remain very attentive to how the deal develops and rate the possibility of signing him if the economic terms fit their plans. Both believe that Kamara can bring experience, physical drive and balance to the engine room.

In Germany, Freiburg and Mainz have also entered the picture, two clubs looking to bolster their squads with a player used to competing at the highest level and with an important track record in European competitions.

Kamara, 28 years old, also arrives in excellent form. His ability to win back possession, cover plenty of ground and adapt to different roles in midfield has helped him remain highly valued on the market.

Despite the proposals received, the Guinean international has already turned down an offer from Brazilian club Cruzeiro, and his priority is to continue in European football, where he believes he can still compete in top-flight leagues.

In the 2025/26 season, Madi Kamara has maintained an important role in the PAOK rotation. Across all competitions he played 23 matches, accumulating 605 minutes, scored one goal and provided one assist, although most of his appearances came as a substitute from the bench. In the Greek Super League he featured in 12 games, with 381 minutes and one goal, while in the Europa League he added 7 matches, 259 minutes, one goal and one assist. Even though he was not a regular in the starting XI, he once again showed his ability to bring balance, intensity and energy to midfield, as well as delivering reliable performances when the team needed to freshen up the engine room

With several clubs keeping an eye on his situation and the PAOK willing to negotiate his departure, Madi Kamara's future could be linked to a Spanish club.
