Barca keeps an eye on Lucas Herrington and studies a 15 million euro offer

Lucas Herrington has become one of the most promising young centre-backs on the international market. The Australian defender, only 18 years old, is on the agenda of the Barcelona, who are considering making an offer close to the 15 million euros to land one of the big MLS prospects.

The stopper made a leap in profile during the 2026 World Cup with Australia, where he was a starter and left a strong impression against top-level opponents, also becoming his country's youngest player to start a World Cup match. His performance confirmed the growth he had already been showing at the Colorado Rapids.
