The Brazilian was injured in the match against Getafe, in an action on the wing where his knee got stuck unfortunately just minutes after stepping onto the pitch. The signs of pain were evident, although the 11 managed to continue and finish the match. Despite this, the sensations were not good and, after an initial examination in the dressing room, it was agreed to complete the assessment with further tests this morning.

Rodrygo had just returned against Getafe after being out for almost a month due to tendinitis. He came on in the 54th minute and failed to break down the opponent’s defensive wall. At the end, as can be seen in the image, he brought his hand to his right knee, the area where the discomfort began.
