We analyze the matches of Matchday 26 to help you decide which players to start and which are better left on the bench. Let's get to it!

What's up Mister! @ropelfantasy brings you his block-by-block analysis for this Matchday 26.

Levante - Alavés

At first glance, it is a match to trust the visitors because Levante is not going through a good time. However, for the home team it is a final and they will have to give their all if they want to try to stay in the first division. For this reason, combined with the surprises in Coudet's defense last matchday, I recommend more the midfield and offensive blocks.

Rayo - Athletic

Quite an even match with a lot of defensive activity. Players like Laporte, Vivian, Yuri, Ratiu, and Lejeune can perform well. In attack, pieces like Isi, Akhomach, Sancet, or Guruzeta (who is in good form) are interesting options, but without going overboard: this could end up being a big win or a trip to the infirmary.

Barça - Villarreal

Great match at Camp Nou. The blaugranas come in better, but "slowly," and Villarreal seems to be producing less than at the start of the season. Even so, I would put offensive pieces from the submarine because Barça is easily exposed. For the home team, I would put pieces from the midfield, attack, and a Eric and Joan García who are flying.

Mallorca - Real Sociedad

Mallorca will debut a coach after dismissing Arrasate and it could go either way. The txuri-urdin might be thinking about the Copa return leg. It's a patchy game for specific pieces; I think Yangel and Óskarsson will sneak into Matarazzo's starting eleven.

Oviedo - Atlético

The colchoneros will rotate after the Champions and thinking about the Copa. We will have to watch out for Cholo’s trial. This could benefit Oviedo, who are initially the underdogs, but if there are many rotations, they can put up a fight. I wouldn’t be afraid to put in a Viñas, Chaira, Reina, Hassan, or Escandell.

Elche - Espanyol

Clash of teams in crisis. Coming in a bad streak, the defenses concede a lot, which favors the midfield and offensive blocks. The home team will want to show at home that they can propose good football and stand up to the pericos.

Valencia - Osasuna

No clear favorite. Mestalla will push and the rojillos come in with high morale after beating the merengues. I advise attacks from both teams because I see goals, although not a festival.

Betis - Sevilla

The Great Derby. Favoritism for the home team (I’d put in whatever you have, maximum 2 or 3 players). For Sevilla, I would try to stay away, but it’s a derby and the magic of football can always surprise, so if there’s no other choice, we can line up a Akor, Maupay, Sow, Kike Salas, or a Gudelj (in case a screamer appears from 40 meters).

Girona - Celta

Girona is improving and with the return of Ounahi they will go further. Home confidence, since Celta comes from Europe and Giráldez’s lineup is unknown. I think Michel’s players will win, although they have chances to concede a goal.

Madrid - Getafe

The blancos will be able to rest after the Champions and are favorites. There is risk in the central defensive pairing, but the rest of the merengues have to be started. For Getafe, I would try to stay away, except for options like Satriano, Luis Vázquez, Milla, or Arambarri.

And that’s it for my block-by-block recommendation. I hope they can be helpful and I wish I could get everything right, but that’s the magic of football.

Until next time, Mister!
