The coach Carlos Corberán first received positive news: Diego López returned to work with the group after missing both derbies. According to Radio Marca Valencia, the Asturian came onto the pitch with a knee bandage and completed the session despite still feeling discomfort in the affected area.

The player's aim is to be available for the coach and fight for a place on the left flank, where Largie Ramazani has recently shone after scoring against both Levante UD —chosen as the best goal of the month— and against Villarreal. Everything indicates the winger will continue in the starting lineup, while Diego López appears as an option from the bench.

On the less favorable side, Lucas Beltrán was once again left out of training and his availability for the next match is complicated. The Argentine has been one of the standout players since the team integrated the attacking midfielder role, but if he doesn’t recover in time, Javi Guerra is shaping up as the option for the most creative vertex of the midfield three.

It was also announced this morning that Copete might undergo surgery to address his knee problems and miss the rest of the season.
