In the first leg of the Europa League round of 16 against Olympique Lyon, Iglesias was the protagonist of an incident that ended with a red card due to a double booking. The first yellow came around the 19th minute, after a stomp on Tolisso. Then at the 54', the referee showed him the second for a hit with the arm in an aerial challenge, leaving his team with ten for a good part of the second half.

The setback weighs heavily on the tie, as the attacker will not be able to play the return leg next week. Meanwhile, depending on the scenario that unfolds, he could start against Celta de Vigo, even if some rotation was planned.
